Danielle Morse is a Managing Consultant at IBM, where they have worked since 2002, currently serving as a Scrum Master on a DOD program transitioning from Waterfall to Agile. With 22 years of PMO experience, Danielle's responsibilities include staffing, risk management, financial tracking, and audits, among others. Prior to IBM, they were a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers for a brief period before its acquisition by IBM. Danielle earned a BBA in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University in 2001.
