Danielle Sanders

Danielle Sanders is currently the Global SAP SuccessFactors Offering Leader at IBM, where they coordinate the strategy and development of innovative human capital management solutions. Previously, Danielle held various roles at IBM, including Business Development Manager and Senior Solutions Consultant, leveraging expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to enhance client proposals and optimize business processes. Danielle's career began as a Dance Instructor for the Universal Dance Association from 2003 to 2005, and they earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central Michigan University in 2007.
