David Burke is a Global Benefits Leader with extensive experience in managing Total Rewards programs, including Retirement, Health & Welfare, and Executive Compensation initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Global Benefits at Aptiv, David has previously held significant roles at Synchrony and PepsiCo, where they contributed to the design and administration of impactful retirement programs. With nearly a decade of experience, David has effectively transformed benefit plans and streamlined processes in both union and non-union environments. Educated at Wesleyan University and Columbia University, David combines a solid academic background with practical expertise in benefits strategy and compliance. Outside of work, David enjoys playing soccer and traveling, particularly to their birth island, Jamaica.
