David Kelly

David Kelly is a Functional Consultant at IBM since September 2023, bringing extensive experience in SAP and production support. Previously, David served as SAP Production Support Manager at Madix, Inc from November 2009 to September 2025, overseeing production environments in SD/MM/WM/PP/PM and aligning company vision within these areas. Earlier roles include Business Analyst and SAP Support at Madix, rejoining to focus on family time and leverage expertise gained from SAP. David also worked as an Education Consultant at SAP Americas, Inc, where responsibilities included training users on SAP R/3, ECC, and SCM functionalities.
