David Rivera is a Senior Network Solutions Architect at IBM, leveraging nineteen years of experience in various technical roles. David has a strong background in network infrastructure deployment, vendor management, and providing third-level support for 24x7 environments. Previously, David held positions at companies such as NS1, Dell Services, and Intel Corporation, where they contributed as a network engineer and advisor while also serving as an associate professor at ITESO. David holds a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara.
