David Shay is a Partner at IBM Global Business Services, currently leading the Industrial SAP Service Line Delivery. With extensive experience in Supply Chain Management Consulting and IT Infrastructure Management, David previously held positions as Associate Partner and Principal Consultant across PwC Consulting and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from 1995 to 2012. David earned a BA in Economics and Management from Moravian University and an MBA in Information Systems from Lehigh University.
