David Suzuki

David Suzuki is a bilingual and bicultural talent acquisition executive with 20 years of recruitment leadership experience in Japan. Since 2020, they have served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at IBM Japan. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Talent Advisory at Oracle Corporation Japan for seven years, where they led in-house recruiting efforts and implemented best practices in direct recruiting. Earlier in their career, David worked as Vice President at The Ingenium Group, focusing on senior-level executive searches, and as a Partner at Access Technology, specializing in infrastructure and technology recruitment. David holds a BA from McGill University and has completed executive education at Stanford University. Currently residing in Tokyo, David is a second-generation Japanese-Canadian.
