Dawn Sylvia

Dawn Sylvia is a Program Manager in the Security Operations Center at IBM, where they have worked since 1997. With a strong background in IT project management and cross-geography leadership, Dawn previously held roles including Program and Project Manager, where they utilized Agile methodology to oversee worldwide IT projects. They also investigated data loss incidents as a Computer Security Investigator and served as a Team Lead for technology support. Dawn is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Mercy College.
