Deborah Vera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, configuration management, and business continuity, primarily within the IT sector. At General Dynamics Information Technology, Deborah excelled as an OMNI Cloud Configuration Manager, establishing an ITIL-based configuration management program and managing procurements while achieving FedRAMP Provisional Authority to Operate. Currently serving as a Project Executive at IBM since July 2015, Deborah oversees a USD$14M portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction, managing financials, and leading successful certification initiatives for state accounts.
