Declan Millar is a highly experienced researcher with a strong background in particle physics and artificial intelligence. Millar's career includes a tenure as a Postgraduate and Undergraduate Researcher at CERN from September 2013 to August 2018, as well as a Teaching Assistant and Visiting Scientist at the University of Southampton from September 2013 to August 2014. Subsequently, Millar worked at IBM as a Research Scientist in Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Algorithms, alongside roles as a Software Engineer in Consulting from August 2019 to January 2022.
