Denise Benkert

Denise Benkert is a Senior UX Researcher currently positioned at IBM and Octo, an IBM Company, where they leverage their extensive experience in user experience research and design. Denise previously worked for a variety of organizations, including Amazon, Sam's Club, and Samsung Electronics America, contributing to diverse projects with a focus on user-centered design. They hold a Master’s Degree in Modeling & Simulation with a specialization in Human Systems from the University of Central Florida, alongside a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Business Psychology. Earlier in their career, Denise also served as a Program Assistant for the Asia Initiative at the University of Central Florida and worked as a Modeling & Simulation Analyst at Aquate Corporation.
