Deva Kumar

Deva Kumar is a Senior Financial Analyst at SLB since March 2023, with diverse experience in financial analysis within leading companies. Prior experience includes roles at IBM from June 2020 to January 2022, where Deva served as a Subject-Matter Expert in the Accounting Digital Squad, Senior Accounting Analyst for HR accounting, and Accounting Analyst for R&D expenses. Responsibilities encompassed the implementation of digital solutions, managing general ledger activities, ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly closes, and performing financial analysis. Deva has also held positions as Accounting Team Lead, supervising teams in the APAC region, and as a Finance Analyst at APL, supporting month-end closing activities for Southeast Asia. An earlier internship at Texas Instruments provided foundational experience. Deva holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the National University of Malaysia.
