Doug Snadecki

Doug Snadecki is a Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer with extensive experience in driving organic growth and building high-performance sales teams in technology companies. Currently serving as VP of Financial Services for IBM's Central and Southeast clients, Snadecki leads initiatives to implement Generative AI and optimize Hybrid Cloud strategies. Previously, as the CRO of Ai Bloks, they developed the GTM strategy and secured initial enterprise clients, and at Exadel, they enhanced sales processes to achieve significant revenue targets. Snadecki has held various leadership roles at HCL Software and IBM, where they managed large-scale sales operations and achieved notable success in client acquisition.
