Ed Milton

Ed Milton has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Managing Client Partner at IBM Consulting since June 2013, Ed previously held the position of Strategy Director at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence from 2009 to May 2013. Prior to this, Ed was Business Unit Director at Detica PLC from 2005 to 2009 and held multiple positions at Detica PLC between 1999 and 2004, including Operations Management, Delivery Management, and Business Development. Ed began a career at SURREY SATELLITE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED from 1992 to 1999, progressing from Assistant General Manager to Operations Director. Early professional experience includes an apprenticeship to Senior Engineer at EADS Astrium (Marconi Space Systems) from 1986 to 1992. Ed holds a Master’s degree in Electronics from the University of Surrey and further qualifications in Company Directorship from the Institute of Directors and in Management Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
