Ed Taylor

Ed Taylor is a Senior Government Contracts & Negotiations Manager with over 30 years of experience in procurement and contracts, primarily within government contracting. Ed has held positions such as Sr. Contracts Manager at United Space Alliance and Pgm Mgr, Business Controls & Compliance Officer at IBM. Ed is knowledgeable in FAR & DFAR regulations and specializes in negotiations, policy, procedures, and contract compliance.
