They have previously worked as a Senior Researcher at Toshiba Research Laboratory and held positions at several universities, including as an Assistant Professor at the University of Stuttgart. Edmilson earned a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the State University of Campinas, Brazil, and has contributed to significant research collaborations across global IBM laboratories.
