Edward Maitner

Edward Maitner is a Senior Program Manager at IBM's Global Real Estate, overseeing construction projects at the Poughkeepsie, NY campus. With over thirty years of experience in Site Facilities Operations, Engineering, and Program Management, Edward has led engineering and operations teams in various roles, including as Area General Manager at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions and Engineering Director at JLL. Edward has contributed significantly to the design and construction of mission-critical data centers and other infrastructure, and has managed large-scale projects across North America and internationally. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.
