Elle Collins

Elle Collins is a Global Tax Policy Leader at IBM, a position they began in 2025. Previously, they worked as Tax Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. House Committee on Ways & Means from 2019 to 2025. Elle has held various law clerk roles, including at the United States Senate and the United States Attorney's Office in 2016. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School and are pursuing two undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Economics from Auburn University.
