Emily Herbert is the Head of Assessment & Selection at IBM, where they design and deliver ethical and efficient hiring strategies. With over a decade of experience in occupational psychology, HR, and workforce analytics, Emily leads multidisciplinary teams to create human-centered assessment frameworks. They previously held roles at IBM, including Global Employee Selection Team Lead, and have contributed to the recruitment of talent across multiple regions. Emily earned a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Westminster and a Distinction in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA in Strategic Leadership at the University of Exeter.
