Eric Reed

Eric Reed is currently a Director of Corporate Development at IBM, where they lead acquisition and divestiture transactions and conduct M&A analysis and due diligence. From 2007 to 2012, they served as Controller for IBM Global Business Services, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and business case preparation. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a Corporate Development Executive and a Strategic Outsourcing Pricer, overseeing contract preparation and pricing for significant outsourcing engagements. They have also pursued education at the University of Virginia and attended MIT Sloan School of Management.
