Eric Wu 吳正本 is the current 業務總監 for IBM Taiwan, leading the Automation ecosystem in sales, technical, service, and marketing to drive hyper growth. With over 20 years of experience in business development and more than a decade in people management, Eric has demonstrated a strong track record in diverse fields, including Cyber Security, Cloud, and AI. Previously, Eric held leadership roles at IBM, where they consistently exceeded business targets and managed high-performing teams across multiple industries. Eric contributes strategic insights developed during their education at Singapore Management University and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, as well as ongoing studies in Computer Science at National Central University.
