Eric Young has extensive experience in technical sales and network engineering, beginning with roles as a Network Engineer at Daisytek from 2002 to 2004 and at Texas Book Company from 2004 to 2005. Following this, Eric Young served as a Sales Engineer at Micromuse/IBM from May 2005 to March 2006 and progressed to the position of NOC Operations Manager at AT&T from December 1996 to June 2001. Eric Young continued a successful career at IBM, initially as a Senior Sales Engineer from April 2006 to January 2016, and subsequently as Technical Sales Manager, a role held since January 2016. Additionally, Eric Young holds the title of Americas Technical Sales Leader for AIOps.
