Erick Ayala is a Master of Science in Cloud Computing with a decade of experience in technology, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at IBM. Previously, Erick has held various roles including Cloud Security Engineer at Imperva, Cyber Security Consultant at TI AMERICA, and BDM at Data Warden. With a strong focus on innovative architectures in applications, networks, and cybersecurity, Erick actively collaborates with organizations to support their technological objectives and drive excellence in a dynamic work environment. Erick earned a degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional prior to completing their master's degree at the National College of Ireland.
