Ericka Feitoza

Ericka Feitoza began their professional journey as a sales promoter at H. Stern, transitioning to a jewelry salesperson at the International Airport of Rio de Janeiro. Seeking experience in their field of study, Administration, Ericka moved into corporate life and has since focused on client management and project management within IBM Brazil. They have held various leadership roles, including Team Leader and PMO, where they emphasized the development of team members and effective client relations. Ericka holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estácio de Sá and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
