Eugene Harris

Eugene Harris has extensive experience in banking, education, consultancy, and sales capture management across various industries. Beginning a career as a CCDI/Recreational Therapist in the City of Cincinnati, Eugene developed leadership skills before moving on to roles that combined financial advisory and management, serving as a Personal Banker and later as a Teacher Assistant at the University of Maryland University College. Eugene transitioned to consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant and Capture Project Manager, demonstrating expertise in cyber security project management. Subsequent roles at Presidio and OBXtek focused on winning significant business contracts, while current positions include Deal Leader at IBM and previously Sales Capture Lead at Accenture Federal Services. Additionally, Eugene has contributed to educational settings as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Virginia Community College and has been recognized for outstanding sales performance at 3M.
