Felix Eickhoff served as the VP of IBM Z Support & Client Care and has held various roles at IBM since 2009, including Program Manager for next generation z Systems and Director of IBM Z Hardware Development. With expertise in System z Firmware and AI Infrastructure Program Management, Felix led significant development efforts from concept to general availability. Felix earned a Diplom Informatiker in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Connecticut.
