Fiona Tse

Fiona Tse, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global SalesOps Lead at IBM since August 2025, Fiona has previously held significant roles at DataStax as Company Operations Lead, Corporate Finance Lead, and R&D Finance Lead from January 2022 to August 2025. Prior to that, a tenure at Deloitte from September 2016 to January 2022 included positions as Manager of Strategy & Ops, Senior Strategy & Ops Consultant, Consultant, and Business Analyst. Fiona began the career as a Macro Research Analyst at RBC Dominion Securities in 2015 and worked as a Risk Consultant at KPMG in the same year. Early professional experiences were gained as an Audit Intern at Gary C.C Lam & Co and as a Tax Filer Coordinator at the Canada Revenue Agency. Fiona holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and an Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
