Fred Collins is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and Federal Industry Technical Executive for Hybrid Cloud, currently serving as the Distinguished Engineer and Federal Sector Solutioning Team Executive from 2014 and as the GBS Federal Red Hat Integration Executive since 2019.
