Fred Saives

Fred Saives possesses extensive experience in project management and risk management across various organizations. From November 2001 to February 2006, Fred served as a Senior Project Manager/Consultant at IBM Canada, focusing on application management services and project management quality assurance. Following this, Fred has been with LGS/IBM Global Business Services since February 2006, initially as Risk Manager and currently as PMO Director, where responsibilities include proactive risk management and support for sales teams. Prior roles include project management positions at CGI Systems, IBM Argentina, and IBM France, where Fred contributed to the deployment of CRM systems and managed various project mandates.
