Fredrick Gituku

Fredrick Gituku is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data analysis, procurement, sales management, and operations management. Fredrick began with The Coca-Cola Company as a data analysis intern, contributing to improved reliability for the i-Fountain dispenser and enhancing service compliance. Subsequently, Fredrick worked at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution as an Outside Sales Manager, overseeing recruitment and sales management across multiple ZIP codes. Fredrick's tenure at IBM included roles as a Technical Support Operations Manager, Supply Chain Team Lead, and various management positions within warranty support, demonstrating expertise in customer support, logistics, vendor management, and performance metrics. Currently, as an Escalation Manager at IBM and founder of Mtoto Africa Inc., Fredrick is committed to reducing intergenerational poverty in Kenya through education, having supported over 5,000 children. Fredrick holds a BBA in Management from Kennesaw State University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Youth Service in Kenya.
