Funzani Madi

Funzani Madi is a seasoned technology leader with over 19 years of experience in information security and risk management. They have held significant roles, including Information Security Specialist at Cell C, Information Security Officer and IT Risk Manager at Investec, and Chief Information Security Officer at JSE. As the founder of InteShield Information Security Products and Services, they demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership before joining IBM as a Client Technology Leader in 2022. Funzani is currently pursuing a BCom Honours in Informatics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cyberlaw at the University of Johannesburg, along with an LLB at the University of South Africa.
