Gabe Chang

Gabe Chang is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT architecture. Currently serving as the Federal CTO Architect at IBM since 2001, Gabe has built a robust career that includes significant roles as an Architect at Lockheed Martin from 1994 to 2001 and as a Client IT Architect at IBM from 1992 to 1994. Gabe holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
