Gareth Cook

Gareth Cook is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and account management. Currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at International Business Machines since November 2010, Gareth is responsible for overseeing strategic client relationships, ensuring clients maximize their investment in web analytics and marketing optimization. Prior to this role, Gareth served as a Senior Account Manager at paythru Ltd from May 2002 to December 2010, specializing in mobile payments, and also held a similar position at KBA Marketing Ltd during the same timeframe. Gareth holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Derby, completed in 1995, and attended Aylesbury Grammar.
