Gilad Sade currently serves as the VP of Storage Software Engineering at IBM since June 2025. Prior to this role, Sade held multiple engineering leadership positions at Advisor360° from June 2020 to May 2025, including Senior Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Engineering. Sade's career also includes serving as VP of Engineering at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where management of engineering for HPE Plexxi Software-defined Networking Products took place from July 2018 to June 2020, and as VP of Engineering at Plexxi Inc. from March 2016 to July 2018. Additionally, Sade worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Senior Director in various capacities from May 2010 to February 2016, and previously held senior roles at EMC and Microsoft, focusing on system architecture and development. Sade obtained a B.Sc in Physics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 1992 and 1995.
