Giulia Caruso is currently a Client Experience Program Leader at IBM, where they lead client experience programs, manage survey processes, and present key findings to senior leadership. They previously provided assistance to foreign customers during the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro at Intertouring Receptivo. Giulia has also held various roles within IBM, including positions in accounts receivable and sales operations, and served as a Teachers’ Assistant in political thinking at Relações Internacionais. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and an Executive MBA in Leadership and Innovation from FGV.
