Currently serving as the Business Unit HR Leader for IBM Systems Supply Chain and Client Advocacy & Assurance, Gray has a successful track record of building strong relationships with senior leaders and implementing innovative solutions to improve organizational effectiveness. Previously, Gray held several roles at IBM, including Business Unit HR Leader for Cloud Sales/Services and Executive Succession & Development Partner, as well as positions at The Coca-Cola Company. Gray holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
