Guohan Hu is the Manager of MRAM Materials and Devices at IBM T J Watson Research Center. Previously, Guohan served as a Research Staff Member at IBM from 2006 to 2013 and a Staff Engineer at Hitachi GST from 2004 to 2006. Guohan completed a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University and earned a Ph.D. in the same field from Cornell University.
