Haley Hanlon

Haley (Miller) Hanlon is currently an IBM Technology Sales Leader for the State of Hawai’i, having transitioned into this role after serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at IBM. They have a diverse background in customer success and operations, having previously worked as a Business Analyst at Charter Communications and as a Client Relationship Manager and Salesforce Administrator at PHOENIX. Haley began their career as a Vendor Oversight Intern at Charles Schwab and continued to build on their expertise with roles at VMware and Productboard.
