Harleen Kumar

Harleen Kumar, PMP, is a certified Scrum Master and Project Manager currently working at IBM, where they manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $150 million. With a strong background in project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management, Harleen leads high-performing teams and ensures project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Previously, Harleen gained experience as a Banking Advisor at Scotiabank and as a Clinical Trial Project Manager Trainee at CellCarta. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Mary's University and have also studied German Language and Literature.
