Heather Turner is a dynamic and results-driven leader with 14 years of progressive leadership in oncology services and clinical operations. Currently serving as a Radiation Oncology Executive Consultant for IBM in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Heather provides consultative services for the development and operational launch of new cancer centers. Previously, Heather held roles at TidalHealth including Director of Operations for Cancer Services and Cancer Services Operations Manager. Heather earned a degree in Medical Radiologic Technology from Virginia Western Community College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management at Wilmington University.
