Hualin (Irene) Yip is the Head of PMO and Business Operations at IBM Cloud, bringing over six years of experience in leading strategic programs and development organizations. Previously, they served as a Program Director in IBM Cloud Strategy & Transformation and have held significant roles at Akamai Technologies, Verizon, and NetIQ, enhancing operational efficiency and team performance. Hualin holds a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University and is pursuing an Executive Education Program in Executive Women in Leadership at Cornell University.
