Hubert Payen is the CFO of IBM for Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the CFO of IBM France from 2017 to 2022 and held various leadership positions including CFO of IBM Systems and CFO of Northern Europe. Hubert also worked as Vice President of International Corporate Development. They earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Columbia Business School from 1992 to 1994.
