Imani Malone

Imani Malone is a Senior Industry Consultant at IBM, where they facilitate transformational initiatives to optimize business processes using Lean principles. Previously, Imani held positions at Amazon as an Area Manager Intern, where they led a team of over 50 associates and implemented strategies to improve operational efficiency. They also served as a Business Consultant and Associate Business Consultant at Blue Yonder, and completed co-op roles at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, where they focused on production control and safety projects. Imani earned a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University.
