Inno Manyo

Inno Manyo is a Senior Technical Manager at IBM since June 2025, bringing extensive experience in technical program management and support. Prior to IBM, Inno served as a Senior Technical Programs Manager and Senior Manager of Technical Escalation at HashiCorp from September 2021 to June 2025. Inno’s career began at FinancialForce, where roles included Escalation Lead Engineer and Senior Production Support Engineer from January 2015 to September 2021, focusing on diagnosing and resolving complex customer issues using Apex and SOQL. Inno also worked as a Production Support Engineer at Rightscale Inc., troubleshooting cloud-based applications from January 2013 to January 2015, and as a Technical Support Specialist at Citrix from February 2007 to January 2013. Inno’s early career included a role as a Technology Specialist at Circuit City from May 2005 to January 2007. Inno holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from San Diego State University, along with an Associate of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Santa Barbara City College.
