Iris Hildabrand is the Executive Director of a self-established nonprofit focused on aiding special needs children in Uganda and currently finishing a business certificate at Liberty University. They have served as the President of The Dream Inside Ministries International since 2018 and act as a Disaster Recovery Chaplain for the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma. Iris gained substantial experience in technology as a DB2 Systems Programmer at both BP Amoco and IBM Global Services from 1990 to 2006, alongside roles in quality assurance at IBM. They hold a BS in Plant Pathology from Oklahoma State University and have pursued education in trauma and disaster relief chaplaincy at Regent University.
