Ivette Guintu, MPH, is a distinguished professional in talent and leadership development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Transformation & Enablement at IBM since July 2025, Ivette leads global enablement and communication teams focused on fostering high-performance and readiness for change within the organization. Prior roles include Sr. Director and Director of Talent Development at HashiCorp, where Ivette implemented global learning programs and established competency-based curricula. Experience also includes various leadership development roles at notable companies such as Mindbody, The Walt Disney Company, and lululemon. Ivette holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Public Health in Global Public Health from the University of Southern California.
