Jacky Chai is the Founder and CEO of 深擎科技, a position held since 2018. They also serve as the GBSC GCG Energy & Utility Development Manager at IBM, where they have worked since 2010. Jacky earned a Master’s degree from UNSW between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 1996 to 2000.
