Jake Paulson

Jake Paulson is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in security and leadership across corporate and military environments. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of IBM X-Force, they oversee global strategy and delivery for a cybersecurity consultancy practice. Previously, they held significant leadership roles within the United States Air Force, where they excelled in crisis management, security operations, and project management, including commanding a 141-person security team in a combat environment. Jake holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy from Norwich University, among various other qualifications from prestigious institutions.
