James Costa

James Costa has extensive experience in education and project management. Since January 2018, James has been retired but previously taught and coached students with learning disabilities at Tarpon Springs High School. From 2008 to 2013, James served as an ESE Associate and Life Coach at the same institution, focusing on students with emotional disorders while also coaching football and wrestling. Earlier in his career, from 1973 to 2007, James worked at IBM, where roles included Account Manager and BCRS National Scheduling Manager, overseeing project and personnel management for Business Continuity and Recovery Services across the United States. Academically, James holds an Associate's Degree in Philosophy and Social Sciences from St. John's University and has pursued additional education in Project Management and related fields through the Project Management Institute.
