Jan Mosether

Jan Mosether possesses extensive experience in recruitment and executive search, spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Notable positions include Head of the short-time substitute department at a Norwegian recruitment agency, Managing Partner at Personal Values, and multiple roles at IBM, including Iteration Manager and Executive Search Lead. Jan also founded the Viking Club, facilitating networking among Scandinavian business communities, and has held consulting and managerial roles in organizations such as NATO and Fodor HR. Jan holds two bachelor's degrees in Economy and Marketing from Norwegian universities.
